Dr. Mika Risku
Dr. Risku from Finland is an expert in educational leadership and policy at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. His deep understanding of decentralized school governance, teacher autonomy, and equitable learning systems can help Almaty-Finn School to adapt Finland’s best practices to local Kazakh contexts. Dr. Risku will help bridge Finnish expertise with Kazakhstan’s education goals, fostering innovation and long-term improvements in teaching quality and student outcomes.

Dr. Intan Azura Mokhtar
Dr. Aijaz A. Shaikh
Prof. Raigul D. Doszhan
A seasonal teacher and researcher from Finland with over 25 years of experience. Dr. Shaikh has served various universities and completed various pedagogical and international teaching assignments in multiple countries, including Finland, Spain, Kazakhstan, Portugal, and Tanzania.
Dr. Raigual has more than 20 years of experience working in the education field and serving various universities and other educational institutions in Kazakhstan. She has completed multiple trainings in the UK and Europe.
Prof. Francisco L. Cabanillas

We pride ourselves on having an incredibly creative set of young learners, and we give every child the space to realize where they might be headed.
Dr. Francisco is working at the University of Granada in Spain, and his specialty in research and teaching is emerging technologies. Dr. Franc will conduct special teaching and pedagogical training for the teachers of the school to bring the best teaching experience for the students.
